Eat your way

What's inside

Everything a meal plan needs, nothing it doesn't

🎯

Calorie & macro targets

BMR and TDEE calculated from your exact stats, adjusted for your goal — loss, maintenance, or gain.

🍽️

673+ ready-made meals

Breakfasts, mains, snacks, smoothies, and desserts across every diet type — or build your own from scratch.

🪄

It builds the day for you

One tap generates a full day to your targets, around your allergies and diet. Don't fancy a meal? Reshuffle swaps it for a similar one, or Meal Match shows you what actually fits the macros you have left.

✅

Data you can check

Whole foods checked against USDA FoodData Central, with a public log of every correction made. Takeaway items come from each chain's own published New Zealand nutrition document — and anything those documents got wrong was left out rather than guessed at.

🍔

Takeaway counted properly

Real New Zealand menu items from McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Subway, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Carl's Jr, Wendy's, BurgerFuel, Hell Pizza and Pita Pit — with ready-made combos, so a Friday night still fits the plan instead of blowing a hole in it.

📊

Live macro tracking

Every meal recalculates in real time as you edit ingredients or portion sizes.

🚫

Allergen-aware

Filter out dairy, nuts, gluten, shellfish, egg, or soy and the generator works around it. Set one and takeaway switches off with it — no chain will certify an item free from traces, so we leave them out rather than guess.

⏳

Fasting patterns welcome

Alternate-day, every 3rd day, 5:2, or your own pattern — pick the days you actually eat on and your calories are split across just those, not spread thin over seven.

Nutrition data is sourced from USDA FoodData Central and verified product labels. The Macro Meal gives you the numbers to make informed decisions — it isn't a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian, or your coach for medical or clinical needs.
Before you pay for anything

Training with a coach? You may already have this, included.

The Macro Meal is its own product, with its own roadmap — but it's built by the same team as Elite Trainer Architect, the platform a lot of coaches use to write their clients' training programs. Several of their plans include full Macro Meal access, for the coach and for every client on their books. If yours is one of them, there's nothing here for you to buy.

🔗

Nothing to set up

No separate signup, no second password, no code to redeem. If it's included, a "The Macro Meal" link simply appears in your top bar and you're signed in automatically.

👀

How to check

Log in to your coach's platform and look at the top bar. If the link's there, your access is already live — don't pay for it twice. Not sure? Ask your coach.

Questions

Good to know

Do I need to know anything about nutrition to use this?+
No — the quiz asks plain-language questions and the plan is generated for you. You can browse and edit at any time as you learn more.
Can I change my diet type later?+
Yes. Retake the quiz any time from inside the app to regenerate a plan around a new diet type or goal.
What if I have a food allergy?+
The quiz has an exclusions step for dairy, nuts, gluten, shellfish, egg, soy and Low-FODMAP, plus specific nut and seed allergens — the generator filters every meal against it. One thing to know up front: setting any of those except Low-FODMAP also turns off the takeaway side of the app, because no chain will certify a menu item free from traces of anything. It's a deliberate trade, and it's reversible in one click if you set the tag as a preference rather than an allergy.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Every account is separate — no client can see another client's profile or saved plans.
Do I have to pay before I can build a plan?+
No — the quiz and your generated plan are completely free to build and preview. You'll only be asked to choose a monthly plan or a 1-year membership at the very last step, once you can see exactly what you're getting.
What's the difference between Monthly and the 1-Year Membership?+
Monthly is a recurring subscription you can cancel any time. The 1-Year Membership is a single payment for 12 months of access. It doesn't renew automatically, so you're never charged again unless you choose to renew. Both unlock the exact same features.
What happens if a monthly payment fails?+
You'll still be able to log in, but access to your plans is paused until your card is updated — we'll take you straight to the update-card screen. Nothing is deleted while you sort it out.
I have a discount code — where do I use it?+
Enter it above in the pricing section before you sign up, or paste it in at the payment step at the end of the Plan Ahead quiz — either way it's applied automatically at checkout.

Ready to see your plan?

It takes about two minutes — and it's free until you decide to unlock it.
