1. Using The Macro Meal

The Macro Meal is a meal-planning tool that generates suggested meal plans, macro/calorie targets, and shopping lists based on information you provide. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical advice

The Macro Meal provides general nutrition and meal-planning information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare provider. Always consult a professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are managing a health condition through diet.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions & payment

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. We don't store your card details ourselves.
• Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account's billing settings — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase for ongoing access to the app as it exists and is updated going forward.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if something went wrong with a charge.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use The Macro Meal to violate the law, attempt to access another account, disrupt the service, or scrape/resell the food database or generated content in bulk.

6. Content you add

Foods, meals, and other data you add stay associated with your account. Some manually-added foods may be cross-referenced against public nutrition databases and, if confirmed accurate, added to the shared food database available to all accounts — see the Privacy Policy for details on what's shared.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Macro Meal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated meal plans, nutrition estimates, and shopping lists are estimates and may contain inaccuracies. We're not liable for any health outcomes, allergic reactions, or other damages arising from use of the service — always verify ingredient and allergen information yourself before eating.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
